Adobe PDF forms have literally changed the way business is conducted.
Gone are the days when a document had to be created signed, faxed, completed, signed, and refaxed. Now, a Word document can be created, converted to .pdf, posted online or sent through email or other form of communcation. The other side still usually has to print and complete with ink, then rescan and send electronically back to the first party.
But now you can create a .pdf document, upload it to FillAnyPDF.com, and allow users to complete the form electronically, download or email it, and get it back to you, completely filled out.
Take a look at my DJ services contract for BeLoud Entertainment posted to FillAnyPDF.com.
The process for the user is extremely easy with a little trial and error. All there really is to it is to select where you want to edit/type, change the font size to match, and type in your response.
There is even a place to add a digital signature that is marked with a unique, trackable ID, timestamp and the person’s name.
Once the document is saved and closed there is a prompt for an email address and off it goes, preferably to yourself, but really to anyone.
Give FillAnyPDF.com a try!
